P.E.A.K was founded and created by Christina Dougay who is a wife, a mom and an educator! She found herself looking for an alternative to public education for her own kids and any other child that needed a safe and positive learning environment.

I am a dedicated professional with a rich background in both education and the mental health sector. With years of experience under my belt, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my work, combining my passion for fostering learning environments with a deep understanding of mental wellness.

I wanted to help students discover that they are capable of learning, that they are wanted in class, and that learning can be fun! P.E.A.K takes a trauma informed approach to education and recognizes that many children have experienced trauma. To assist families with this delicate situation we focus on experimental learning where our students learn by doing!
